Payment Policy

Import Mart Limited supports the following payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible:

• COD is available for all orders delivered within Bangladesh.
• Please keep the exact payment amount ready — our delivery agents do not carry change.
• Payment must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
• Once payment is handed to the delivery agent and the order is accepted, it is considered final.
• Import Mart Limited reserves the right to withdraw COD availability for accounts with a history of repeated order rejections.

All online transactions on Import Mart Limited are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways using industry-standard encryption:

• All card and mobile banking payments are encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
• We do not store your full card number, CVV, or mobile banking PIN on our servers.
• Payment data is processed directly by our secure payment partner — not by {SITE_NAME} servers.
• Two-factor authentication (OTP) may be required for additional security during checkout.

• All prices on the platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
• Import Mart Limited reserves the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of order placement will apply to that order.

After a successful online payment, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Order ID and payment receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

For COD orders, a confirmation SMS will be sent after order placement. Your payment receipt will be provided by the delivery agent.

If your payment fails or is declined:

• Your order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
• Check that your card details, mobile banking PIN, or account balance are correct.
• Try a different payment method if the issue persists.
• Contact your bank or mobile banking provider if the problem continues.
• Contact our support team if payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: refunded within 1–3 working days.
• Debit / Credit Card: refunded within 5–10 working days (depending on your bank).
• Bank Transfer: refunded within 5–7 working days.
• COD orders: refunded via mobile banking or bank transfer after return verification.

Import Mart Limited employs active fraud detection measures to protect both buyers and sellers:

• Import Mart Limited reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud without prior notice.
• Accounts involved in fraudulent transactions may be permanently suspended.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, promotions, or payment systems fraudulently is strictly prohibited.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement in cases of payment fraud.

This Payment Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in payment methods, regulations, or business practices. The policy current at the time of your order will apply to that transaction. We encourage you to review this page before making a purchase.
