Delivery Coverage
ImportMartBD delivers across all major cities, towns, and districts in Bangladesh. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Some remote or rural areas may experience extended delivery times depending on courier availability and accessibility. You will be notified at checkout if your area has any delivery restrictions.
Delivery Timeframes
Our estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, natural disruptions, or adverse weather conditions. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 80 flat rate per order.
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 100 flat rate per order.
- All delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order — no hidden fees.
- Free shipping promotions, when active, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Payment & Delivery Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. Please keep the exact payment amount ready to hand to the delivery agent upon arrival. Our agents do not carry change.
Online payments (mobile banking, card) are processed securely through our payment partners and are confirmed before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under My Orders.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable:
- Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
- If the order is not collected or re-delivery not arranged within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.
